I made some updates yesterday but forgot to make a post. I adjusted some sounds to have them more varied, especially the ones that are repeated quite often. The first boss now alternates between two staggered animations because he is the most likely to get stunned. I also removed the shelves from the arena because the player could stand on them and the boss wouldn’t be able to attack.
On the second boss, I added a visual aid to help the player with a certain puzzle. Then I continued testing and playing the rest of the levels as usual.
Today I played through the game again on Story Mode, so it went by pretty quickly. In the fifth stage, the player can still launch themselves with certain walls despite my previous adjustments to them. To remedy this I simply added a blocking volume to stop the player from flying too high.





Tomorrow I will work on recording gameplay footage that shows more of the game’s combat.
